Returns & Refunds

Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible.

Marketplace Orders (Amazon / Walmart)

For Amazon and Walmart purchases, please initiate returns through your marketplace account. Their systems handle refund and replacement processing. You may still contact us for product support.
